  1. Possession of any dangerous or controlled substances including, but not limited to firearms & explosives, is strictly prohibited.
  2. Do not remove or destroy trees, shrubs, plants or animals.
  3. No hunting is allowed within the park.
  4. All guests must sign a release & waiver of liability form. All guests under the age of 18 must have waiver signed by parent/guardian, if present, or have waiver form notarized prior to entering park.
  5. Please be courteous of other riders & park employees on trails & in pit areas.
  6. All riders should follow the ATV manufacture’s safe operating procedures.
  7. All guests ride at their own risk! Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your ATV/UTV.
  8. All ATV/UTV’s must operate in a manner to avoid incidents and accidents while in the park.
  9. NO GLASS CONTAINERS are allowed at any time. This is a danger to all riders, as well as the vehicles.
  10. Please do not litter. Place trash in designated areas.
  11. Please make sure your ATV/UTV has proper equipment to operate safely while in the park.
  12. Absolutely NO FIREARMS will be allowed on the property at any time.
  13. Park hours are Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. until 30 minutes before Sunset, unless during time of organized event promoted by Rocks Bottom. Rocks Bottom reserves the right to change these hours of operation, and reserves the right to close park as it deems necessary.
  14. While in park, all riders must wear designated arm band, as well as designated marker for vehicle.
  15. Rocks Bottom is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss, theft of personal property or injury to visitors. If you refuse to assume responsibility for yourself, your equipment, please do not enter the park.
  16. No riding after dark, unless during an event sanctioned or promoted by Rocks Bottom ATV Park.
  17. Anyone not signing a waiver will be considered a trespasser and prosecuted accordingly.
  18. There will be absolutely no tolerance for FIGHTING!!! Any violation of this rule will result in all parties being removed from the park and banned from further entry into the park. It will also result in your arrest.
  19. Any violation of the above rules, regulations and safe operating procedures can result in your being temporarily or permanently banned from park and/or participating in any future activities or events.
  20. NO PETS!
